Daniel Bromberg, Ph.D., ABPP
Daniel Bromberg, Ph.D., ABPP, is the Director of Special Psychological Services, LLC. He is a licensed psychologist in New Jersey (NJ License #SI004033) and New York State (NY License #16955). He is board certified in Behavioral and Cognitive Psychology by the American Board of Professional Psychology.Dr. Bromberg's primary interest is in assessing and providing evidenced-based treatment to individuals displaying sexual behavioral problems. He works with children displaying sexual behavioral problems, adolescent sex offenders, and adult offenders supervised by the Sex Offender Management Unit of the New Jersey State Parole Board. He provides a range of assessment and treatment services regarding child maltreatment, as well. This includes assessing children and adolescents alleged to have experienced maltreatment, and conducting evaluations of parenting capacity and bonding evaluations. Dr. Bromberg has served as an expert witness numerous times in family court settings.
Before launching Special Psychological Services, LLC, Dr. Bromberg's employment experience included working as a psychologist in a juvenile secure care facility, working as a staff psychologist at one of New Jersey's four legislatively-mandated Regional Diagnostic Centers for Child Abuse and Neglect, and working as a school psychologist with children and adolescents displaying severe behavioral problems. He has previously supervised pre-doctoral interns and graduate students in psychology.
